No. 193-ALead-based paint hazards in common areas of dwellings.IntroductionThe proposed legislation would make the existence of peeling lead-based paint in any common area of a multiple dwelling where a child under the age of six resides a class C immediately hazardous violation and would require property owners to inspect the common areas of multiple dwellings for lead-based paint hazards.
